Managed Support Plans

A Managed Support Plan extends on the Basic Online Backup plan by adding the following features:

Monitored Backup Status - NetRescue will watch your backups as they are performed, and note any that are missed. If there are two consequtive backups missed, we will make contact and put a plan in place to correct the problem.

Phone Support - Free 0800 phone support from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Seed Loading - Should you require a large initial backup, NetRescue will supply a USB hard drive that you can load your encrypted files onto, then send back to us using an enclosed courier bag. We can then load them onto our server, to potentially save you a large amount of bandwidth.

Local Restore Media - If you find yourself needing to restore a large amount of data in a hurry, we will arrange overnight delivery of that data on a suitable media. Please note, in most cases that media will need to be returned once you have restored your data.
